At DSF  Cosmetic & Medical Dermatology, your health and safety is our top priority. As we continue to see patients, we take every precaution to safeguard your health. No matter when you need us, we will safely guide you to the appropriate dermatological care.

Our enhanced cleaning, telemedicine options, and additional protocols mean you can take comfort in seeking the dermatology care that you need. We feel strongly that you should not have to put your health on hold.

We ask that you please read and abide by the following protocols prior to your next appointment. The entire DSF team appreciates your understanding as we navigate this difficult time. 

Protocols For Your Safety

Travel

If you have traveled outside the state of Maryland, we ask that you reschedule any upcoming appointment for 14 days after you return from traveling. 

Pre-Visit Screening

One day prior to your visit, you will receive an appointment reminder asking if you have developed any cold or flu symptoms or if you have been in contact with a COVID-19 patient in the last 14 days.

If the answer is yes to either question, we will reschedule your appointment free of charge or suggest a telemedicine appointment

Before Entering The Office

Upon arriving in our parking lot, all patients must call (301-694-5292) to check-in and answer the following COVID-19 related questions before entering the office.

1. Have you had any close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19?

2. Do you have a cough? Fever? Muscle/Joint Pain? Shortness of Breath?

3. Have you traveled out of the state of Maryland recently?

4. Have you previously been diagnosed with COVID-19?
